Accessibility Statement

ProclivIT is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technology.

Conformance status

This website is designed and tested to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and the Revised Section 508 Standards (36 CFR Part 1194, which incorporates WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA). "Conformance" means the site meets the applicable success criteria across the tested scope.

Measures we take

  • Semantic, keyboard-operable markup with skip navigation on every page.
  • Descriptive alternative text for images and a tagged, structured PDF Capabilities Statement.
  • Color contrast that meets or exceeds minimum ratios, with a visible focus indicator on light and dark sections.
  • Respect for the browser's reduced-motion and high-contrast preferences; a control to pause on-screen motion.
  • Labeled forms with clear error identification.

Assessment approach

Accessibility is verified through a combination of automated testing (axe-core, IBM Equal Access, Lighthouse, and pa11y), manual code and keyboard review, assistive-technology review, and evaluation against the U.S. Access Board's ICT Testing Baseline for Web. A current VPAT® / Accessibility Conformance Report is available on request.
